Ministry and Management: Convergence, Divergence and Future Prospects. I was invited to give this talk at the inaugural conference of the Susanna Wesley Foundation for Ministry, Management and Organisation at Roehampton University. I explored the interplay of attitudes to management and ministry, leadership and organisation between churches and business since the publication of Peter Rudge's Ministry and Management in 1968.
Organizational Development and Emergent Church. I led a half-day as part of The Leadership Institute's Transforming Leadership Programme.
Inspiration Desperately Needed! Tackling the hidden assumptions of change. EIASM's 8th colloquium on organisational change and development, was held at Vlerick Business School, Ghent. My paper was Leaving Newton’s Highway: new directions for organisational change. Read the abstract here.

Residential Core Module at Sarum College at the beginning of a new year on the MA in Christian Approaches to Leadership. A great group of students - exhausting, but exhilarating.

A morning in London with the Transforming Leadership Programme, designed to "advance the leadership potential of experienced clergy". I led sessions on Organisational Development and Emergence. Good conversations.

A great morning spent with students at the River Leadership School in Exeter. I was asked to speak about differing attitudes to change, with special refernece to attachment theory.
